"Oyster" Rockefeller - A Coastal Virginia Pearl!
Silky béchamel crafted from Oyster mushrooms., folded with fresh spinach, cream, and aged parmesan, then crowned with shaved parmesan and crisp bacon. A single pearl onion hides beneath the sauce like a treasure inside the shell. Broiled until golden and bubbling, this playful homage to the Chesapeake’s beloved Oysters Rockefeller is presented in reclaimed local oyster shells. Every element tells the story of Coastal Virginia — from the waters to the farms to the table.
